These are awards given annually to residential and commercial buildings.
Historic Preservation & Beautification Awards are given to owners for the restoration of facades or gardens.
Holiday Decoration Awards are given for the most beautiful decorations.
Spring Greenery Awards are given for the best sidewalk tree pits and exterior window boxes.
Annual Photography Event - awards are presented at the Celebration of Gramercy in January for photographs of the neighborhood.
